- Reporting To: Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager
- Primary Focus: Print Production, large format printing, mounting, folding, Fiery software operation
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-end printing and copying equipment
- Perform bindery, fulfillment, QC, and final check tasks
- Handle mailroom duties, conference room/AV management, and copier fleet support
- Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on time
- Maintain high quality and error-free work under deadlines
- Calibrate equipment for quality and color consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Maintain equipment performance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil, etc.)
- Electronically transfer files to color equipment
- Simultaneously perform multiple print-related tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Manage inventory for equipment parts
- Adhere to company attendance and dress standards
- Organize job requests and supplies
- Service and repair complex office products (diagnostics, installation, removal, retrofits)
- Complete technical training on new equipment as needed
