Job Description
  • Deeply analyzing and understanding North America's conference and adjacent AV markets, focusing on government, education, corporate, healthcare and religious facilities verticals, in terms of market size, technology trends, requirements and competition analysis.
  • Result Driven: In charge of designing and executing conference solutions go to market strategy for the North American market in close collaboration with growth function, aiming to achieve/exceed business plans effectively as fast as possible.
  • Developing business opportunities and helping growth team creating healthy core conference and adjacent AV pipeline.
  • Creating conference solutions' share of mind within the growth organization through effective product introductions, commercial trainings and engaging in customer discussions.
  • Closely monitoring growth performance in terms of pipeline, order intake and total net sales. Ensuring business targets are met while maintaining healthy pipeline for the next year.
  • In charge of new product introduction (NPI) activities to growth team and customers.
  • In charge of growth team and customer commercial trainings.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in audio, acoustics and audiovisual markets in North America.
  • Engineering or business background.
  • Deep knowledge about audiovisual market players and trends in the region.
  • Wide network of decision-making business contacts within end users, design consultants, contractors, system integrators and distributors.
  • String technical knowledge and skills. Fast learner with ability to gain knowledge about new technologies smoothly.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Result-driven with high attention to detail and clear structured approach.
  • Self-starter, self-sufficient: able to work independently and make right decisions autonomously.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and globally: ~50% of the time.

Technical Qualifications:
  • Must have a strong AV technical background in audio, acoustics and preferably video.
  • In charge of pre-sale technical design operations with partners. Generating and optimizing BOQ's.
  • In charge of technical trainings for customers according to a globally unified curriculum.
  • After-sale technical support for customers. In close collaboration with a team of technical managers in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Being the conference solutions "brand ambassador" in North America: Representing the brand strategy, steering the business and connecting the right persons from customer, growth team and brand sides together effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining string relationships with AV design consultants, ensuring their tenders are "locked" inro specifying the latest versions of the brand technologies.
  • Being an active team player within the global Growth Support team, aligned with their global strategies and projects.
  • Flexibility to travel across the entire North American region (including USA and Canada) in addition to regular travels to Eindhoven HQ.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$130,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company's 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
