Job description

Executive Administrative Support

Manage calendars for Managing Directors, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and resolving calendar conflicts.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, conference rooms, video links, and follow-up items as needed.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and related logistics.

Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Assist with special projects, presentations, correspondence, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of company leadership.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Human Resources Support

Provide administrative and generalist support to the HR Department across core HR functions.

Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials, coordinating schedules, supporting orientation, and ensuring completion of required documentation.

Support recruitment activities, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking information.

Maintain employee records and HR files in accordance with company policy and applicable requirements.
