Job description

Rinvio is hiring Conduit / Pathway Installers for full-time W2 work in the Irving, TX area. This role supports a secure commercial infrastructure project and is focused on installing conduit, pathway materials, boxes, and related components in an active field environment.

Candidates should have real conduit installation experience and be comfortable running 3/4-inch through 2-inch conduit. An electrical license is not required for this specific role, but candidates must have enough hands-on experience to work productively and safely with limited ramp-up.

Responsibilities include installing conduit and related pathway materials, supporting box and material installation, following jobsite safety requirements, coordinating with field leadership, and keeping work clean, organized, and code-conscious.

Candidates must be able to complete required background screening and secure-site badging/access requirements. Transportation support may be available once workers reach the designated parking area. Exact schedule may vary, and night work may be available with an added shift differential.

Pay is $24.00 to $31.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional differential may apply for night work.
