What will you do
  • The Order selector/pipe is responsible for assembling customer orders according to the order in his or her RF device. The Order Puller is responsible for ensuring the completeness and correctness of all orders pulled.
  • Operate proper picker equipment to retrieve items from high shelves and storage areas. Equipment many vary based on order size.
  • Processing of order instructions correctly
  • Ergonomically proper transfer of product pipe from racks to banding cradle
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
  • Inspect product for damage; report as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to manage inventory levels and assist in warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct trip inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
  • Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed, ensuring safe handling of all materials.

What you will bring
  • Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly cherry pickers, forklifts and Bendi's
  • Experience in shipping processes within a warehouse setting.
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with MHE operation for moving goods within the warehouse.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • The typical environment for this position is in a warehouse.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Outdoor work exposed to elements and non-conditioned warehouse spaces.
  • Able to bend, stoop, lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
  • Stand and walk continuously throughout an 8-hour shift (up to 100% of the time).
  • Climb ladders safely, work in dusty and dirty conditions; handle and store hazardous materials; clean and maintain a safe working environment.

Location: San Leandro, CA
Work hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Salary Range:
  • This is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
