  • Ability to provide executive oversight of development and redevelopment projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with The M Group’s maintenance and construction teams.

What success looks like:

  • Collaborates effectively with senior leaders to support alignment, shared priorities, and overall organizational growth.

  • Financial results are understood, monitored, and acted upon at the corporate and property portfolio levels.
  • Teams consistently use common standards, systems, data, and service practices.
  • Digital tools simplify work, improve visibility, and strengthen the employee and client experience.
  • Growth is supported by strong operations, healthy client relationships, capable teams, and disciplined decision-making.

The leadership profile we are seeking:

  • A strategic, growth-minded executive who can see the whole system and translate enterprise priorities into practical, measurable plans.
  • A financially astute leader who is confident interpreting financial statements, challenging assumptions, evaluating business cases, and making sound portfolio decisions.
  • An effective executive leader who delegates well, leads through supporting other leaders to discover the solution to every day-to-day issue.
  • A committed coach and mentor who gives clear feedback, develops people, supports succession, and creates accountability with respect.
  • A confident change leader who can build understanding, adoption, and momentum through periods of transformation.
  • A strong believer in standardized policies and procedures, paired with the judgment to continuously improve them.
  • A collaborative executive who earns trust with employees, clients, boards, owners, and cross-functional partners.

Experience and qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and senior leadership experience may be considered.
