We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at our high-rise condominium and apartment properties. This role requires delivering outstanding customer service, managing package check-ins and check-outs, monitoring security systems, and maintaining a clean, professional lobby environment.Associates are expected to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, primarily nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident safety and satisfaction are essential.This position is part of Epic Valet's exciting expansion into Utah and Colorado
