Front Desk Agent / Concierge
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is a hospitality services company providing luxury, hotel-style front desk and concierge services for upscale apartment and condominium communities. We are currently seeking a professional and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Concierge to support luxury residential properties in the Atlanta, Georgia market.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong hospitality background who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a polished front desk presence, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent / Concierge is a key representative of the property and plays an essential role in the overall resident experience.
Schedule Requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the property
  • Shift availability may vary based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a consistently polished lobby environment
  • Provide high-quality customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests
  • Answer and route phone calls using professional telephone etiquette
  • Accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
  • Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support safety and security
  • Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met
  • Coordinate professionally with vendors, contractors, and on-site management
  • Complete daily logs, reports, and other assigned administrative tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by property management or Stratton leadership
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, customer service, or luxury retail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset
  • Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards required
