Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Old Forge Crossing Condominium – Devon, PA 19333

Old Forge Crossing Condominiums is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for our residents. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:

  • Perform routine landscaping duties, including, weeding, and trimming.
  • Cultivate and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
  • Monitor and maintain irrigation systems.

Trash Removal and Litter Control:

  • Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and designated receptacles.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and address litter and debris.

Exterior Building Maintenance:

  • Inspect and report any exterior building maintenance issues.
  • Assist with the maintenance of common areas, such as sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational spaces.
  • Painting of AC Fences, Trash enclosures and community bridges as needed.

Interior Building Maintenance:

  • Ability to diagnose minor plumbing repairs.
  • Ability to participate in annual unit inspections
  • Ability to respond to and assess leaks.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with the Property Manager and other team members.
  • Collaborate with residents to address specific requests or concerns.

Compliance with Regulations:

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances and Condominium Association rules.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

On-Call Responsibilities:
