Requirements:

The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently producing quality products in accordance with company standards. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining workflow, and ensuring production goals are met while adhering to all safety and quality requirements.

  • Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow standard work instructions and production schedules
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues to supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Adhere to Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
  • Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8–12 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments

While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly exposed to:

  • Manufacturing/production floor setting
  • Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes
