DEINE AUFGABEN

Aktuell suchen wir einen Industrial & Project Engineer (m/w/d) im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering, der uns als Teil unseres 13-köpfigen Teams, bei unseren zukünftigen Projekten mit unterstützt. In deiner Rolle befasst du dich im Projektkontext mit dem technischen und organisatorisch-wirtschaftlichen Aufbau und der Optimierung von Unternehmensprozessen im Bereich Produktion. In deiner verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe erwartet dich auch noch Folgendes:

  • Du wirkst bei der Steuerung und Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen entlang des gesamten Wertstromes mit
  • Du begleitest Montageprojekte bis hin zur Serienreife
  • Die Definition und Implementierung von schlanken Produktionssystemprinzipien und -methoden fallen ebenfalls mit in deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Du wirkst beim Aufstellen und Einführen von Prozessstandards mit
  • Du führst Machbarkeitsstudien für die Herstellbarkeit von Neuprodukten mit dem Fokus auf Kosten und Qualität durch
  • Die Konzeption, Planung und Realisierung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, o.ä. vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Produktionstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Bereich. Mit erster Berufserfahrung bringst du praktische Kenntnisse und Vorerfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit. Zusätzlich bringst du noch Folgendes mit:

  • Du erkennst Probleme und weißt diese zu lösen
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und analytisches Denken zählen zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und deine Arbeitsweise ist stets strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und guter Kommunikator zugleich, für dein Team schlüpfst du auch mal in die Rolle des „Sprachrohrs“
  • Der Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten und SAP ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du auch noch mit
