Ensuring all lab technicians are properly trained and that equipment is regularly calibrated is crucial for test accuracy. Additionally, balancing administrative duties—like reporting and inventory management—with hands-on supervision can be demanding, especially when troubleshooting unexpected test results or equipment issues. Collaboration with project managers and field engineers is essential to address discrepancies and provide timely, actionable data.
