Job description

Civil/Structural Superintendent – Concrete

Industrial BESS Project

Location:Virginia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Step into a role where your concrete and civil expertise actually matters. We're building a next-generation Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) industrial power project — tight footprint, high-precision foundations, real structural work, and coordination with advanced OEM systems.

If you're a superintendent who thrives on concrete-heavy industrial work, this is the kind of project that puts your skill set front and center.

About the Role

Lead field operations, safety, and productivity for the Civil and Structural scope of a high-profile industrial BESS project.

What You'll Lead

- Concrete pads, foundations, slabs, and equipment bases

- Structural supports and containment structures

- Grading, drainage, trenching, and underground utilities

- Self-perform crews and specialty civil subcontractors

- Daily coordination with engineering, OEMs, and commissioning teams

What You Bring

- 5+ years running civil/structural or concrete scopes

- Strong industrial concrete background — not commercial, not highway

- Solid site civil experience on power, industrial, or energy projects

- Ability to manage tight-footprint, multi-discipline work fronts

Why This Project Hits Different

It's industrial. It's technical. It's concrete-heavy. And it's part of the future of long-duration energy storage — the kind of work that stands out on a résumé and builds real momentum in your career.

If you're a concrete-driven civil superintendent who wants a project with substance, this one's worth a look.
