Job description

CONCIERGE (Under Head Concierge)

Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sundays plus fill in for vacations and sick days 

Hourly

1. Monitor main entrance doors

2. Answer phone

3. Answer intercom

4. Monitor security system

5. Take messages

6. Notify unit owners regarding packages, FedEx, etc.

7. Announce visitors

8. Maintain log for trade and service personnel

9. Maintain Out of Residence Log

10. Maintain Resident Key & Unit Access Log

11. Maintain Bay Plaza Common Area Key Control Log

12. Confirm pool cover, dumpster room and kitchen has been attended to by valets

13. Follow concierge training procedures

14. Assist Management during hurricanes and other emergency situations, including illness and vacations
