Position Overview: Arrow International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Compliance Specialist to join our rapidly evolving team in the gaming industry. The Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards, while also fostering a culture of compliance among our employees.

This is an on-site role located at Arrow International's Global Corporate Headquarters in Brooklyn, Ohio.


Requirements:


Primary Responsibilities:

• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization, implementing compliance programs as needed to address identified risks.

• Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance to employees on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Compliance Training and Education: Administer the Company’s Compliance Training and Education Program, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training on compliance-related topics.

• Affiliate Compliance Integration: Assist with the affiliate Compliance integration process, ensuring seamless integration of compliance procedures and standards.

• Compliance Materials Distribution: Prepare and distribute various Compliance materials and resources to employees to facilitate awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.

• Compliance Investigations: Conduct or assist with Compliance investigations as needed, ensuring thorough and timely resolution of compliance issues.

• Compliance Advice: Render Compliance advice throughout the organization, exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing useful insights on Compliance matters.

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in compliance within the gaming industry preferred.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing insights on Compliance matters.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
