Job description

Schedule:  Full-Time Day Shift (M-F, 6 am to 2:30 pm)

Work Location: West Hospital (Onsite)

Department Supported:  Patient Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.

 Candidate Qualifications:
 High School Diploma/GED required.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
 Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
