Local Team Collaboration:
  • We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice providers (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
  • Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications:
  • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
  • We provide in-house licensing, and credentialing support.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:
  • Full-time Day time Rounder will work 7 days/on-7 days/off.
  • This is a 12-hour shift, 7am-7pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on call intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.
  • Average census of around 19 but can fluctuate due to location.
  • Will manage rapids for your patients.
  • EPIC is our EMR.

Rewards and Compensation:
  • Day Shift Rate is $1,450, and Night Shift Rate is $1,753.
  • Full-time is 182.5 shifts a year.
  • Additionally, you will be eligible for up to $20K in the RVU bonus and $20 K in the Quality bonus (annual).
  • Full Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
