The best of both worlds awaits you. A successful, rewarding career in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Partner-owned clinic and surgery center complex seeks board-certified/board-eligible ophthalmologist (M.D., D.O.) to join our established, thriving practice in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Our mission is to enhance lives and preserve health and vision through exceptional eye care delivered with kindness, integrity, respect, and the highest ethical standards. Cascade Eyecare Center physicians and staff enjoy a long-standing friendly, respectful, and cooperative culture, and we are strong proponents of a healthy work-life balance. We maintain successful relationships with our local optometry colleagues as well.

Competitive salary and benefits and a fast track to partnership if desired. Schedule will encompass one regular surgery day per week and a 3 to 4-day clinic schedule in our busy 4-physician practice (one physician retiring 12/31/2026). Our patient load and considerable wait list will establish your patient base right away and guarantee a nearly full schedule immediately. Call is rotated among the physicians, 1 week per month per physician.

Grants Pass is nestled along the Rogue River in the beautiful Rogue Valley, surrounded by national forests in the Siskiyou and Cascade Mountain ranges. Southern Oregon offers some of the best year-round outdoor recreation in the country. Hiking and biking trails, pristine golf courses, rafting, and jetboat river trips are favorites of visitors as well as locals in our enchanting river town that famously boasts "Its the Climate." Close by are the Redwood Forest, Pacific coast, Crater Lake National Park, historic Jacksonville, multiple live theater and concert venues, downhill skiing on Mt. Ashland, and world-class award-winning wineries and craft breweries throughout the valley. Our valley offers excellent public and private school options as well as a variety of faith communities.

The Rogue Valley offers a relaxed, nature-focused lifestyle in a small-town setting, with larger city amenities within reasonable driving distance. Grants Pass (pop. 40,000) has major grocery and retail chains along with a variety of services and charming local shops. Nearby Medford (pop. 85,000) easily accessible by I-5, offers major retail shopping and Rogue Valley International Airport.
