Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Gold Beach, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Schedule: Days
  • Unit: New Outpatient Oncology Program
  • Experience Required:
    • Previous Oncology Nurse Navigator or Oncology Care Coordination experience
    • Oncology infusion experience required
    • Strong patient education, communication, and multidisciplinary care coordination skills
    • Occasional chemotherapy infusions may be required
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment
    • Educate and support oncology patients and their families
    • Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion nurses, and ancillary departments
    • Assist with chemotherapy infusions as needed
  • Required Licensure & Certifications:
    • Active Oregon RN License (or ability to obtain before start)
    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Epic Beacon
