Job Description
  • Minimum 4+ Years of Enterprise Systems Management tools and related IT Management Software experience with hands-on experience in large implementations in Enterprise Monitoring tools
  • Experience implementing and supporting monitoring suites like HP, Microsoft, BMC, Nagios, AppDynamics, CA, DynaTrace or related products
  • Knowledge of monitoring and event management processes for enterprise and best practices
  • Produces technical solutions/architectures that are dependable, modifiable and scalable
  • Strong applied knowledge of layered architectures, Infrastructure components, applications, databases, middleware, security, monitoring and high availability systems
  • Certified in one of the major Enterprise monitoring or Application performance monitoring tools
  • Programming and/or scripting languages experience using languages like .net, Java, VB Script, JavaScript, PERL, ASP
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Experience with project management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
