Job description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Management Team in areas of Accounting, Human Resources and Safety Program.

- Job Duties: Share receptionist responsibilities: telephones, registering visitors and mail.

- Accounting Coordinator: compiles payroll bi-weekly, tracking vacation, garnishments, other payroll deductions, and tracking hours paid to the individual to facilitate job costing and other wage reports for CAB.

- Support Human Resources in completing employee reports; including unemployment, workman's compensation, posting vacation requests/absences to company calendar after approval by employee's manager, maintain DOT records, coordinate DOT inspections, driver annual physicals, and reports as required by law, maintain employee handbook.

-Enter AP invoices and close out open POs accordingly.

-Create AR invoices matching pack list and customer PO for accuracy.

Skills

Minimum of 2-year degree in HR/Office/Accounting.

Minimum of 3 years' experience utilizing skills of computerized accounting system: Human Resource and accounting assistant responsibilities.

Expert level with Windows based programs including Word and Excel.

Team player: positive attitude; can do behavior, with collegial respect for co-workers. Self-starter, good problem-solving skills and great communicator.

40-hour work week
