Job description

Overview

Must reside near Nashua, NH center point of where our customers are.

Onsite computer and network support for small business''s. Work with our remote engineers that will guide you when needed. Join our team as a Computer Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructures! In this energetic role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, to ensure our customers computer systems operate smoothly.

Part time, 5-20 hours a week, Flexible hours, between the hours of 8-6pm. Typically M-F, but occasionally, Saturday or Sunday. We flex to your schedule, and you help us meet customer needs.

Duties

  • We have just taken on 170 end points around Nashua, NH.
  • Start ASAP.
  • Mostly customer onsite work, some remote,
  • Basic diagnostics of computer and network issues.
  • Repair/plug in computer’s, network and, WiFi etc. Troubleshoot and work with engineers and support as needed.
  • Write up work performed, track time and materials.

Experience

  • General working knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to gain and keep customer confidence.
  • Build and test PowerShell scripts, a plus
  • If you’re not qualified yet call me about interning.
