Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Manage and maintain configuration management data, application portfolio information, and enterprise IT service management processes.
  2. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor application health, data quality, operational metrics, and technology lifecycle status.
  3. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve configuration governance, system relationships, and process automation.
  4. Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise applications.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in IT service management, configuration management, application portfolio management, or enterprise systems analysis.
