Job description

Price Industries is seeking an IFS Cloud ERP Support Specialist to support the successful implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the IFS Cloud ERP platform across our Georgia East operations in the Winder / Lawrenceville, GA area.
This position serves as the primary site-level resource for ERP user support, training, troubleshooting, business process guidance, and system adoption. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused problem solver who enjoys working directly with users, improving processes, and helping teams maximize the value of ERP technology.
Position Summary
As an IFS Cloud ERP Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for end users, providing functional support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance related to the IFS Cloud ERP system. You will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Corporate IFS teams to ensure employees are properly trained, business processes are executed effectively, and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.
This role is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
Keys to Success
  • Experience supporting ERP users in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Knowledge of IFS Cloud, IFS Applications, or a similar ERP platform.
  • Strong functional support experience, including troubleshooting system and process-related issues.
  • Ability to serve as the first point of contact for ERP user questions and support requests.
  • Experience developing training materials, work instructions, and end-user documentation.
  • Comfortable delivering training sessions and coaching users on system processes and best practices.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and process improvements.

  • Ability to identify issues, escalate when necessary, and follow through to resolution.

Responsibilities
IFS User Support
  • Serve as the primary on-site support resource for IFS-related questions, issues, and system guidance.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for plant personnel.
  • Assist users with transaction processing, reporting, inventory, production, planning, and workflow-related issues.
  • Diagnose user-reported issues and escalate complex technical problems to Corporate IFS Support or IT teams as needed.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate issue resolution progress with end users.

Training & User Adoption
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and work instructions.
  • Conduct ERP training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Support onboarding activities by ensuring new employees are trained on relevant IFS processes.
  • Train users on new functionality, system updates, and process changes.
  • Promote ERP best practices and consistent system usage across all facilities.

Business Process Support
  • Support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and planning activities within IFS.
  • Provide guidance on ERP transaction accuracy and process compliance.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Help ensure system usage aligns with corporate standards and business requirements.

User Acceptance Testing & System Enhancements
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements and process changes.
  • Assist with test planning, execution, validation, and documentation.
  • Support deployment activities and end-user readiness efforts.
  • Provide feedback on system functionality and identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor transactions and support efforts to improve data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Assist with data validation and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.
  • Participate in ERP enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support standardization of processes and best practices across Georgia East operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between plant personnel and Corporate IFS teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT departments.
  • Support implementation activities, training events, and go-live initiatives.
  • Communicate system updates, changes, and new functionality to affected users.

Qualifications
Education
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines is preferred
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or production environments.
  • Supporting ERP systems and end users in a manufacturing setting.
  • Troubleshooting business process and system issues.
  • Developing training materials and delivering user training.
  • Supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements preferred.
  • Knowledge of IFS Cloud or IFS Applications strongly preferred.
