We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD / Survey Calculations Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing calculations and staking drawings for residential construction, including houses, additions, subdivisions, dirt work, and as-built surveys.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with CAD drawings, interpreting site plans and plats, performing construction calculations, and paying close attention to detail.
Familiarity with Columbus builder Services is a plus.

House Calculations
  • Review foundation closures, including square, rotation, and setbacks.
  • Review and add interior walls to slabs based on client staking requests.

    • Drawing property boundaries.

    • Calculating search points for property corners.

    • Label the recorded plat.
    • Upload completed files into STARS.

Training will be provided on our specific workflows, software, and client requirements.
