  • SAS GRID Platform Management & Monitoring: Responsible for the continuous monitoring and maintenance of the SAS GRID platform, ensuring system health, performance, and availability.
  • SAS Platform Security & Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain platform security measures using SAS Metadata, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and LSF (Load Sharing Facility).
  • SAS Software Installation, Configuration & Upgrades: Install, configure, and manage various versions of SAS 9x suite in a multi-node Linux environment, ensuring smooth operation of the SAS software.
  • Programming & Script Development: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and programs in SAS, R, and Python to support ongoing analytical workflows and business requirements.
  • Issue Resolution & Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for critical SAS-related technical issues, responding to and resolving escalated support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cloud Platform Integration: Gain familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS, to support the integration and deployment of SAS-based workloads in cloud platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction & Project Management: Directly interact with management, clients, and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise on SAS platform capabilities and limitations.
