Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us.
EnTech is seeking a full-time "Senior Computer Systems Analyst" to analyze systems/software platforms/architectures to assess alignment with current operations/future business needs for performance optimization/integration/modernization.
Responsibilities include:
  • Design/implement system enhancements/workflow improvements, ensuring alignment with goals & maintaining communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop/maintain technical documentation, including Requirements Management Plan, elicit/prioritize stakeholder needs & define acceptance criteria to validate deliverables.
  • Administer/optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability/resilience/availability while evaluating emerging technologies to support IT modernization.
  • Establish/enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect system integrity & ensure compliance with regulatory/internal security standards.
  • Manage web platforms for performance/user accessibility & collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business-aligned enhancements.
  • Lead legacy system migration/integration efforts & provide structured training/technical support to ensure minimal disruption/successful adoption.
  • Oversee third-party service agreements, including payroll benefits/healthcare platforms, ensuring contract compliance/cost-effectiveness/operational continuity.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in computer systems analysis/IT/business intelligence.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Project/SQL/SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)/Oracle/Plus/CASE tools.
  • Strong analytical/communication/documentation skills, with proven competence in cross-functional collaboration & adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks (i.e., HIPAA/GDPR/SOX).
  • Well-versed in SDLC methodologies (Scrum/Waterfall) & business tools. Proficient in Python/JavaScript/Visio/MS Office Suite.
