Key Responsibilities
  • Support Manufacturing Facility with day-to-day business activities.
  • Ensure enterprise systems meet business requirements and goals, fulfill user requirements, and identify and resolve any systems issues.
  • Identify improvements in business processes, and work with business users and technical resources to implement the same.
  • Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation).
  • Assist business users with specific data analytics, identify anomalies in business operation based on data and report the findings in a timely manner.
  • Document business process, train users on proper usage of the system.

Skills and Abilities
  • Able to work with different departments to improve processes

  • Experience IBM iSeries programming and operations.
