Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Computer Systems Analyst to join our development team. In this role, you’ll help analyze, optimize, and maintain the systems and tools that support one of the world’s most popular rhythm-based platformers. You’ll work closely with developers, QA testers, and data engineers to improve performance, ensure scalability, and enhance the overall player experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing backend and support systems for Geometry Dash Lite to identify inefficiencies or improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance and reduce latency across platforms (iOS, Android, and Steam).
  • Monitor server loads, database performance, and integration between analytics tools.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and change logs to maintain up-to-date technical records.
  • Test and validate new builds or updates to ensure smooth deployment and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support to the QA and content teams, ensuring reliable builds for new levels, updates, and events.
  • Assist in automating repetitive processes and improving internal tools for faster iteration cycles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with system analysis, network basics, and software testing.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or SQL).
  • Basic understanding of mobile game development pipelines (Unity experience is a plus).
