Job description

Mindex is looking for a customer-focused onsite IT Support Administrator to provide reliable technical support across our organization. In this role, you’ll configure and maintain employee devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Microsoft 365 services, and assist with account access, onboarding, security, and IT asset management. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple support requests while delivering a positive experience for end users.

Compensation

What You'll Accomplish
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end user Windows and Mac workstations.
  • Provide ongoing support to end users for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of company IT assets.
  • Troubleshoot operating system, network, software, and application issues.
  • Actively manage multiple support queues by reviewing, prioritizing, investigating, routing, and resolving support requests while ensuring adherence to established service expectations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities including account provisioning, device preparation, and access administration.
  • Create and maintain IT procedures, knowledgebase articles, and technical documentation.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including:

o   Exchange Online

o   Microsoft Teams

o   SharePoint Online

o   Entra ID (Azure AD)

o   Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

  • Support and maintain third-party business applications and services.
  • Assist with security-related tasks including account reviews, MFA support, endpoint management, and compliance efforts.
On-Call Responsibilities
  • Participate in an after-hours support rotation.
  • Respond to critical alerts, outages, and escalations according to established procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, or Technical Support role.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments.
  • Experience working with MacOS and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems and documenting technical procedures.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based platforms or managed service environments is preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring platforms, alerting systems, or incident management processes is a plus.
