Job Summary:
TSMC is the world’s leading semiconductor foundry, driving advancements in various industries. They are seeking an IT Technician to provide support for factory operations, maintain IT systems, and assist users with technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct cabling, computer setup in cleanroom manufacturing factory.
• First line issue identification and recovery of the factory automation system following procedures.
• Help to maintain and improve existing fully automated factory system functionalities by working with engineers and users on system testing and upgrade.
• Answer helpdesk calls to help internal users with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Assist IT engineers working on special projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• AS or AA in Technology/Engineering related field
• 1-2 years Helpdesk, PC tech support, or network experience
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Team player with flexibility, positive attitude, and open mind to learn new technologies
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis)
