Job description

Step into a rewarding remote opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students across Minnesota through virtual, school-based services. This contract role involves working directly with PreK-12th grade students to assess, diagnose, and develop tailored intervention plans for a variety of speech and language challenges. In this role, you'll collaborate with educators and families to ensure meaningful progress, provide both direct therapy and consultative services, and document each child's growth throughout the school year.
What you'll need to thrive:

  • Valid or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
  • At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience
  • Proficiency with teletherapy and comfort using basic technology, webcam, and a reliable computer setup
  • Ability to pass technical screening, including internet speed requirements
  • Annual liability insurance coverage of at least $500K/$500K
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and IEP processes is preferred
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting virtual assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams, teachers, and families
