Sales Lead – B2B Enterprise Software Sales

Customer – Our customer has built an enterprise‑grade agentic‑AI‑based platform to de‑risk, optimize and rationalize the entire application portfolio, offering actionable insights.

Location – Fremont, California, United States

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Lead who can close early enterprise deals already in the pipeline as well as prospect to add to the pipeline. The ideal candidate brings credibility with CIOs and technical teams, and has worked in an early‑stage or high‑growth company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close early flagship customers.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders.
  • Engage credibly with architecture, IT and application leaders.
  • Position our agentic AI platform within modern enterprise IT environments.
Technical & Domain Credibility
  • Strong working understanding of LLM‑based and agentic AI systems, including orchestration and tool use.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT and engineering tooling such as ServiceNow, GitHub, SonarQube, APM/observability platforms, enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX), and endpoint/security solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear executive‑level business value.
Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success selling in an early‑stage or high‑growth environment.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
