Reports To: IT Infrastructure and Services Coordinator

Salary: This is a full-time, 12-month position at 232-days with a minimum annual salary of $82,572.

Summary: Support the secure administration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ESC Region 13 cloud platforms and related infrastructure. Provide technical expertise for AWS and Azure environments, cloud-based applications, secure configuration standards, identity and access practices, monitoring, and platform reliability.

This position supports the technical implementation of secure cloud operations for initiatives such as Pulse and other digital platforms. The role also contributes to software deployment practices, cloud documentation, observability, and technical controls that support organizational cybersecurity maturity and compliance readiness. In addition, the position may support district and project-based solutions that depend on cloud infrastructure, interoperability, and secure deployment patterns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, platform support, or infrastructure operations
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience supporting server, network, or application environments in an enterprise setting
  • Experience with scripting, automation, or infrastructure support tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot, document, and support technical systems in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both AWS and Azure environments
