Job Details

This role is role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details:Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay Details: Pay starting at $23.00/hr with potential for up to $25.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring, processing, and waving orders, running order reports, and printing, sorting, and distributing customer document packets.
  • Proficient in Data Processing operations. Must meet nightly truck departure deadlines.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and managing production printer problems and maintaining the performance of the production printers.
  • Monitors incoming email and takes the necessary action to execute, research, and find answers, and reply to the requests.
  • Sorts, alphabetizes, creates cover sheets, and scans receiving POs and PODs.
  • Escalates system related problems that impact operations to the leaders and managers as needed.
  • Troubleshoots RF unit problems.
  • Provide IT helpdesk contacts guidance to other team members.
  • Restocks paper and stickers daily.Performs related duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Will routinely be asked to assist with projects when needed.
  • Performs regular preventative maintenance on printers such cleaning and vacuuming printers.
  • Monitors utilization of paper, stickers, labels, toner, and notifies the responsible party when supplies need to be ordered.
  • Maintains an organized work area to prevent work-related injuries and keeps the room clear of obstructions.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Data Processing or computer science vocations.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AS400(PKMS) and SAP orders processing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
