Job description

Job Title: MBA Consultant, Pricing & Revenue (BloomNet)

Location: Jericho, NY (On-site/4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $35-$45 per hour

Position Overview

BloomNet, part of the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. family of brands, is seeking a highly motivated MBA candidate or recent graduate to support a 10-week strategic project focused on pricing and fees for our local shop network. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to conduct research, analyze business data, and develop insights that inform strategic recommendations.

This position is ideal for a current MBA student looking to gain hands-on consulting or corporate strategy experience while contributing to a high-impact business initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis related to pricing and revenue strategy
  • Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Develop strategic recommendations and operational improvement opportunities
  • Create presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate findings
