We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing - Marketing - ZT Networking.
In this role, you will help shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, launches, and field enablement for Zscaler's Zero Trust Branch solutions, helping customers replace legacy architectures with a cloud-native, Zero Trust approach. You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to bring differentiated solutions to market in a compelling way. This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who can translate complex networking and security concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)
- Support product marketing strategy for Zscaler's Zero Trust Branch solutions, including positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions
- Drive cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for launches, announcements, and strategic initiatives tied to branch transformation, Zero Trust networking, and adjacent AI security priorities
- Develop core messaging and content for technical and executive audiences, including sales tools, presentations, solution briefs, web content, and competitive assets
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence across branch networking, SASE, SSE, and AI Security
- Enable field and partner teams with messaging, tools, and training that improve customer conversations and support pipeline growth

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or related go-to-market roles in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or networking
- Strong experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for technical B2B products
- Familiarity with enterprise networking and security domains such as Zero Trust, SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, branch/campus networking, firewalls, and microsegmentation
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing organizations
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Direct experience marketing branch networking, SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, or cloud security solutions
- Background creating sales enablement and launch content for enterprise technology solutions
