What You'll Be Doing
  • Visit multiple aggregate operations to gain exposure to quarry, plant, and production processes.
  • Support operational improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
  • Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality control, and leadership teams on site-based initiatives.
  • Participate in field inspections, project work, and continuous improvement activities across the region.
     
What Are We Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated interest in industrial operations, manufacturing, mining, construction materials, or related environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and locations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple aggregate sites and work in a dynamic field environment.
     
Work Environment
  • This internship involves hands-on experience at active aggregate mining sites. Interns should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and navigating rugged terrain and heavy equipment areas.
