Director of Application Support and Programming
We’re looking for a Director of Application Support and Programming to join our team!
This member of the management team reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and oversees the functionality of the Credit Union’s enterprise applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing, managing, and upgrading the company’s applications, application development, production support, system integration, records management, and service delivery. Collaborates with leaders to ensure application strategies are aligned with organizational goals, optimize operational efficiency, and foster innovation. Will lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and measurable business value.
What makes you a successful candidate for this position?
  • At least 5 years of database and programming operations experience and 4 years of managing a core processor, preferably in a financial institution;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • Previous supervisory experience;
  • Strong analytical skills; and
  • Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
The following certifications are preferred:
  • Microsoft;
  • Oracle;
  • SQL Server;
  • SQL Database Administration.
