The Delivery Services Team is seeking a Manager โ€“ Delivery Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful design, build, testing, and implementation of solutions aligned to client operating models and strategic priorities, with a strong focus on program management, project management, and delivery within Financial Services or ERP environments.


What you will do
  • Support end-to-end project delivery to meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate workstream leads to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to execute integrated project plans
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions to maintain alignment and engagement
  • Work with solution leads to support delivery aligned with business transformation goals
  • Lead specific delivery workstreams (design, data, integration, testing, etc.)
  • Plan and track workstream activities to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Track cross-workstream dependencies and escalate where required
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating through governance as appropriate
  • Support AI-enabled delivery approaches, including leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and insights

What you bring to the role
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (asset)
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in program management, project management, or project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with the ability to execute project plans and manage deliverables
  • Experience supporting risk and issue management processes
  • Exposure to budgeting and resource tracking
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a structured delivery environment
  • Experience delivering programs or projects in Financial Services and/or ERP delivery environments
