Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Join our cutting-edge Boston Development Center as an experienced CNC Machinist and Programmer. You will be instrumental in transforming engineering designs into physical parts, from initial programming to final inspection. This role demands both advanced technical skills and hands-on capability in a fast-paced prototyping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate multi-axis CNC milling centers and lathes.
  • Create precise toolpaths from CAD models and drawings.
  • Select optimal cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for diverse materials.
  • Perform first-article inspections and verify part tolerances.
  • Maintain and manage machine setup, tooling, and shop organization.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAM software for toolpath generation.
  • Extensive experience with CNC milling and lathe operation.
  • Proven ability in precision measurement and inspection.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in prototype or job-shop environments, particularly within industries focused on rapid hardware development and advanced manufacturing.
