Opportunity Overview:

IT Engineer-Salesforce Developer

Contract 6 Months

Juno Beach, FL -100% Onsite

Must live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL as we offer no per diem or relocation assistance.

Your Day-to-Day:

We are looking for a accomplished Salesforce Developer to join our Client's Salesforce team. You will develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions that support business operations across Client Resources. We are looking for technical expertise in Salesforce development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Support data migration, transformation, and quality programs within the Salesforce platform
  • Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects promptly
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including automation, AI/ML integration, and platform optimization
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools and practices
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
  • Understanding of integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
