Job Description
Position Summary:
As the backbone of our organization's IT infrastructure, the Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is designed for highly skilled individuals who are passionate about analyzing complex systems, improving operational efficiencies, and driving technological innovation. The Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing existing systems, designing new solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and implementation within our dynamic work environment. With a focus on problem-solving and optimization, this role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical frameworks.
You will report to the Technical Leader - Configure to Quote
Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing systems and business models
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
  • Liaise with users to track additional feature requirements and stories
  • Document system requirements and define scope and objectives
  • Document, validate, and implement new system capabilities
  • Prepare technical requirements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues
  • Train and support users on new systems and functionalities
  • Implement and configure software applications
  • Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate improvement recommendations
  • Conduct system technical validations
  • Ability to operate in Large projects within IT application space

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the areas of application / software engineering

  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
