We are seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As a Case Manager you will manage cases for assigned clients and assure that each client receives continuous active treatment in accordance with his/her individual program plan (IPP), case plan, or equivalent. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and correspond with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field.
Associates degree or 3 years prior experience.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
