Career Details:
We are seeking passionate, experienced, a Bachelor's degree or higher-level Behavior Support Coordinator, who promotes the agency's Code of Ethics and Client Rights while advocating for clients by addressing concerns, ensuring appropriate treatment, and providing individual and group support services. Responsibilities include documenting and reporting behavioral data, coordinating behavior support plans, conducting staff training, and facilitating team meetings to enhance client care. Additional duties involve reviewing rights restrictions, performing crisis intervention, assisting with client appointments, supporting the community, and fulfilling administrative responsibilities, including attending mandatory staff meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work

Must complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, sociology, social work

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
