Position Summary

Epoxytec is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Operator will assist with the production, filling, batching, packaging, and distribution of epoxy products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Fill, package, and label manufactured products accurately.
  • Assist with various aspects of the batching and manufacturing process.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for production runs.
  • Support inventory movement and distribution activities.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
