  1. Monitoring
    • n on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.
  2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
    • Responsible for managing PM activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors.
  3. Malfunction Handling (MH)
    • Electrical Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.
    • HVAC Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.

ll PM and MH activities will adhere to Client's standards.
. Qualifications and Requirements:
5.1. Certified electrician license.
5.2. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.
5.3. Service availability 24/7 for incident response.
5.4. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).
5.5. Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.
5.6. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems
5.7. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset
