Position Overview

The Operator will perform precise concrete cutting, core drilling, demolition, and removal services on commercial, industrial, and residential job sites. This role requires hands-on experience operating concrete cutting and drilling equipment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Operators will be responsible for interpreting job specifications, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and able to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced field environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate concrete cutting equipment such as walk-behind saws, hand saws, wall saws, core drills, and wire saws

  • Cut, saw, drill and remove concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other materials according to project specifications

  • Read and interpret job plans, measurements, layouts

  • Set up work areas, including proper ventilation, water supply, and dust control

  • Inspect, maintain, and clean tools, company vehicles and equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, Silica Safety and OSHA regulations

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and site personnel

  • Perform general labor duties as needed on the job site

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an operator

  • Strong mechanical abilities

  • Able to lift & move 45lbs or more

  • Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork

  • Mathematical aptitude helpful (willing to train measurements & calculations)

  • Willing to work hard and eager to learn

  • Dependable & reliable

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record and must have reliable transportation

  • Must pass background check and drug screening (with random testing if needed)

  • Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or confined environments

  • Willingness to workdays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed with possible travel
