Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Elections Support Specialist (EVID) for our client in Doral, FL 33172. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Elections Support Specialist (EVID)
Location: Doral, FL 33172
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Work Schedule: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM | must be able to work overtime on very short notice
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Information Technology | Section:- EVID
Nature of Work:
This position will be responsible for technical support during Early Voting and Election Day. This position is responsible for performing a variety of technical troubleshooting for EViDs, Ballot-on-Demand (BOD) Printers, DS200, Expressvote, and MiFi's. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software issues. Illustrative Tasks:
  • Participation and assistance with mock training.
  • Prepares VET equipment and supplies for distribution.
  • Early Voting site setup.
  • Maintaining functional voting equipment and systems ( EViD, DS200, ExpressVote, Ballot printers, and smartphone).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Compiling data on election equipment (i.e serial numbers) per assigned Early Voting site.
  • Answer support on mobile phone.
  • Resolve support tickets on mobile chats (via Teams).
  • Election Day EViD support (troubleshoot any EViD issues)
  • Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software issues.
  • Provide support as required until task completion.
  • Ensure consumables are maintained (Ballot paper, toner, and drums).
  • Prepares reports such as inventory updates and job status reports, as required.
