About the Position...
The SBA Operation Specialist is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.
The SBA Operations Specialist will provide assistance to the SBA Operations Manager in all areas of loan servicing and boarding process as requested. The SBA Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining loan ticklers, loan collections and working with the SBA Operations Officer on special projects. The SBA Operations Specialist is also responsible for answering client calls and requests promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally. They are responsible for assisting the SBA Operations Manager and the SBA Manager with additional assignments and/or projects as needed. All duties are to be performed accurately, timely and efficiently, in accordance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines including SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Knowledge: General understanding of Banking and SBA SOP guidelines.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years previous work experience.
