📢 We're Hiring: Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Operations Specialist who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities while delivering an exceptional teammate experience.

This role is a blend of recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support. The Operations Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding, orientation, and placement. You'll work closely with our Operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and teammates.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates
  • Managing onboarding and new hire paperwork, including Form I-9s and E-Verify
  • Maintaining accurate records within our ATS and onboarding systems
  • Conducting employee orientations and supporting walk-in applicants
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, recruiting events, and community outreach
  • Following up with candidates and employees to ensure a positive experience
  • Partnering with Operations and Sales teams to develop recruiting strategies and achieve placement goals
  • Supporting employee record maintenance, work authorization tracking, and compliance processes
