Reports To: Market Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Bank Administrative Intern to support daily branch operations and provide excellent customer service. This internship offers hands-on experience in a banking environment through administrative support tasks, phone communication, document management, and general office assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
  • Scan, file, organize, and maintain banking documents and records
