About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production within the manufacturing industry. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop process layouts, improve injection molding techniques, and apply statistical process control methods to maintain product consistency and reduce variability. By leveraging technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills, the Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity while minimizing costs and waste. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience with CNC programming and operation of CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, injection molding, and process layout design.
