PRN Atlanta staffing is accepting resumes for a position in a medical call center.

RECENT EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL PRACTICE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Bilingual Spanish is a big plus

Job description:

Answer incoming calls, sell lab testing services and schedule appointments

Become the authoritative source on lab test product knowledge

Provide answers to customer questions, and document call details in the case management (ticket) system.

Ensure customers are transferred to store locations effectively when appropriate.

The hours for the position are 1:00 PM - 10 PM EST Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

Requirements: Two (2) or More Years of Sales Experience, preferably with a call center background Recent experience working in a medical practice Strong Computer and Typing Skills, including Word and Excel Excellent Oral Communication Skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Must Work Well in a Team Environment Must Be Very Organized and Detailed Oriented Self-Disciplined and Strong Work Ethic Must pass background check and drug screen
